What You Need to Know
Earn 5 points per day by tracking your sleep. You can earn up to a maximum 1,825 Philam Vitality Points for sleep each membership year.
To qualify for the 5 points, a minimum of 420 minutes or seven hours of total sleep must be tracked in a 24-hour period.
The 24-hour period runs from midday to midday (it spans over two days starting 12 noon to 12 noon the following day) GMT+8.
Philam Vitality Points will be awarded regardless of time of sleep.
Philam Vitality Points will be awarded for tracking sleep using one (1) compatible device per day. Philam Vitality will allocate points based on the device that tracked the longest sleep.
Please note that data may take up to 48 hours to be converted to Philam Vitality Points.
