Philam Vitality Programme

How do I join Philam Vitality?
 

Speak to your financial advisor or bancassurance sales executive about joining Philam Vitality. If you don’t have a financial advisor or bancassurance sales executive, you can contact Philam Life on (02) 8528-2000 or BPI-Philam on 89-100 or (02) 8528-5501. Alternatively, you can send us a request to find you a financial advisor or bancassurance sales executive here.

How do I earn Philam Vitality Points?
 

You earn Philam Vitality Points by engaging in a number of activities focused on helping you know more about your health and improving it. You may refer to How to Earn Points to find out more about the activities which you can do and earn points.

Please note the Philam Vitality Points you can earn are subject to annual limits.

What is my Philam Vitality Status?
 

As you take steps to improve your health, we will award you Philam Vitality Points. Your points add up and help you achieve what we call your Philam Vitality Status. As a Philam Vitality member, you start on Bronze Philam Vitality Status. As you get healthier and accumulate points, your status improves from Bronze, to Silver, then Gold and ultimately Platinum! The higher your status, the greater your rewards. You may refer to Points and Status to see the points needed for each status.

How do I check if my Philam Vitality Points are updated?
 

We aim to have your points reflected on your Philam Vitality Points Statement within 4 weeks of completing an activity. You may refer to your Philam Vitality Points Statement to check for points update.

How long do I retain my Philam Vitality Status once I reach it?
 

Your Philam Vitality Points add up to improve your Philam Vitality Status. You carry over this status to your next policy year and your benefits and discounts are based on this status. Your points in the new policy year will however be reset to zero and you have to undertake activities to start earning points again.

For example: John achieves Gold status in his first year and can instantly enjoy the rewards and benefits as a Gold member. John’s Gold status will be carried over to the second year and he may continue to enjoy the rewards and benefits of a Gold member throughout the year. At the beginning of the second year, despite carrying over his Gold status, John will start his Philam Vitality Points from zero. In order to maintain his Gold membership through to the third year, John will need to continue with his wellness activities and accumulate sufficient Philam Vitality Points. If John fails to accumulate enough points, his Philam Vitality Status in the third year will be set according to the points he earned in the second year.

What happens if my Philam Vitality Points are not reflected accurately?
 

If you notice your Philam Vitality Points are not accurately reflected, please contact us here. You can also call Philam Life on (02) 8528-2000 or BPI-Philam on (02) 8528-5501 within 30 days. We may need you to provide us with further details or supporting documentation.

Can I transfer Philam Vitality Points or benefits to my spouse?
 

Philam Vitality Points and benefits are not transferable to another person/member.

What happens to my Philam Vitality membership when the insurance plan(s) integrated with Philam Vitality have matured/terminated?
 

Your Philam Vitality membership will remain valid as long as you are insured under another insurance plan of the select protection plans. If not, your Philam Vitality membership will cease at the end of your Philam Vitality membership year.

Can I pay my Philam Vitality annual membership fee together with the insurance premiums for the plan under the select protection plan?
 

For your first membership payment, you can pay together with the premium for the newly bought insurance plan of the select protection plan. For subsequent years’ payment, it should be paid separate directly to the Philam Vitality membership number.

How do I renew/cancel my Philam Vitality membership?
 

Your Philam Vitality membership runs for an initial period of 12 months from the date you join Philam Vitality and is automatically renewed unless you call to inform us within 30 days. You need to inform us of any change in your payment details to ensure your membership is not cancelled.

Please remember that cancelling your Philam Vitality membership will mean losing access to all Philam Vitality rewards and benefits, including the Philam Vitality insurance premium discounts.

When will I receive my Philam Vitality membership card?
 

You will receive your Philam Vitality membership card with your welcome pack which will be delivered or given to you directly by your financial advisor once your insurance policy is processed and approved.

Where do I use the Philam Vitality membership card?
 

You need to use your Philam Vitality membership card at our partners’ outlets. Your membership card has your member number which is required for accessing discounts and savings.

Where can I find my Philam Vitality membership number?
 

You can find your Philam Vitality membership number printed on your Philam Vitality membership card as well as on the electronic version in the Philam Vitality mobile app.

What happens if I lose/damage my Philam Vitality membership card?
 

Should your Philam Vitality membership card become lost or damaged, please either call Philam Life on (02) 8528-2000 or BPI-Philam on (02) 8528-5501. You can also contact us by clicking here. The issue of any replacement Philam Vitality membership card may be subject to a Card Replacement fee unless waived by Philam Life and BPI-Philam at our discretion.

Can I terminate my Philam Vitality membership and get a refund on the Philam Vitality membership fee before the membership year ends?
 

The Philam Vitality membership is an annual membership so the annual fee is paid up-front. Hence, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I choose my frequency payment mode to pay for my Philam Vitality membership fee?
 

Philam Vitality membership fee is only payable on an annual basis. Please note that your Philam Vitality membership payment will follow the payment method of your insurance plan.

Can I transfer my Philam Vitality membership to another person?
 

Philam Vitality membership is non-transferable.

Can I own more than one Philam Vitality membership?
 

In the Philippines, each individual can only have one Philam Vitality membership.

I recently relocated to the Philippines from Singapore, how can I transfer my Philam Vitality Points that I’d earned in Singapore to the Philam Vitality programme in the Philippines?
 

The Philam Vitality programme is independently run in each country; hence your Philam Vitality Points and Status previously earned in other countries with Philam Vitality are non-transferable.

Can I apply for Philam Vitality membership for my children who are under age 18?
 

The age requirement for Philam Vitality membership is 18 years and above.

Can I apply for Philam Vitality membership as well if I purchase an insurance plan under the select protection plan to insure my parents?
 

The Philam Vitality programme is offered to the individual who is the life insured of the insurance plan(s). Being the policy owner of the plan does not qualify an individual to apply for the Philam Vitality membership.

Philam Vitality Insurance Premium Discount

How does the Philam Vitality Insurance Premium Discount work?
 

An initial insurance premium discount will be applied when a select protection plan is purchased. Thereafter, this premium discount percentage will be re-calculated at each eligible plan anniversary year, and will be subject to upward or downward adjustment based on the Philam Vitality Status that the life insured achieved at the eligible plan anniversary date.

What are the select protection plans?
 

It is a series of Philam Life/BPI-Philam insurance plans that are connected to a Philam Vitality membership which gives flexible insurance premium discount at purchase and in the subsequent years based on the life insured’s Philam Vitality Status.

Who is eligible to purchase a select protection plan?
 

You may purchase any select protection plan if the life insured is already a Philam Life or BPI-Philam existing policyholder or client. Alternatively, if the life insured is not yet a Philam Vitality member, you can choose to purchase the Philam Vitality membership at the time when you purchase the select protection plan.

Is there any difference on the initial premium discount for different Philam Vitality Status?
 

Your Philam Vitality Status does not affect the initial premium discount when you purchase a new insurance plan under the select protection plans.

Is there any difference in the initial premium discount for additional purchase of another select protection plan?
 

The initial premium discount is dependent on the select protection plan that you plan to purchase and not dependent on the Philam Vitality Status at time of purchase.

Do I have to terminate my protection plan if I terminate my Philam Vitality membership?
 

You do not have to terminate your protection plan as you are only required to be a Philam Vitality member at time of purchase. However, all your plan(s) will no longer be entitled to the Philam Vitality related insurance premium discount starting from the next anniversary date of the select protection plan after termination of the Philam Vitality membership.

Can I add a Philam Vitality membership to my existing Philam Life insurance plans and enjoy the Philam Vitality insurance premium discount?
 

The Philam Vitality insurance premium discount is only applicable for new purchase of the select protection plans. You will be able to purchase the Philam Vitality membership separately, but it will have no impact to your previously purchased Philam Life insurance plans.

Philam Vitality Additional Coverage

How does the Philam Vitality Additional Coverage work?
 

An upfront additional coverage will be applied when you purchase an Active Series or Wellness Series plan. Your additional coverage may increase or decrease every membership year based on your engagement in the program or Philam Vitality status.

What are the Philam Life Active Series or BPI Philam Wellness Series insurance plans?
 

The Philam Life Active Series or BPI-Philam Wellness Series are select insurance plans that are bundled with the Philam Vitality membership which offers rewards and compelling benefits of upfront premium discount or upfront additional coverage.

Who is eligible to purchase an Active Series or Wellness Series insurance plan?
 

You are eligible to purchase an Active Series or Wellness Series insurance plan if you are age 18 years old or above at time of purchase.

What is my insurance benefit?
 

You get an upfront 20% additional coverage on your insurance plan. It can improve up to 50% in succeeding years depending on your Philam Vitality status.

As a member, you start at Bronze Philam Vitality status. Your points reset to zero every membership year and your Philam Vitality status is carried over to the next year which will be the basis for your benefit availment.

Is there any difference on the initial additional coverage for additional purchase of another Active Series or Wellness Series insurance plan?
 

In your second or succeeding purchase of an integrated product, you can enjoy the same upfront 20% additional coverage benefit and just pay for just one membership fee. Please make sure that upon your next purchase, you indicate your existing Vitality membership number.

Do I have to terminate my Active Series or Wellness Series insurance plan if I discontinue my Philam Vitality membership?
 

You may keep your insurance plan even if you discontinue your Philam Vitality membership. However, all the insurance plans bundled with Philam Vitality will no longer be entitled to the insurance policy benefit of either a premium discount or additional coverage.

Can I add a Philam Vitality membership to my existing Philam Life insurance plans and enjoy the Philam Vitality Additional Coverage?
 

No. The Philam Vitality additional coverage is only applicable for newly purchased Active Series or Wellness Series insurance plans. As an existing policy holder, you may become a Philam Vitality member by just paying the annual membership fee. However, it will have no impact on your previously purchased insurance plans.

Physical Activities / Fitness Events

How can I earn Philam Vitality Points when I walk/jog?
 

You can earn up to 100 Philam Vitality Points a day when you walk/jog using any one of our partner’s fitness tracking devices and apps. Find out who our Fitness Device Partners are and the details on how to earn points using them.

I exercise more than once a day. How will Philam Vitality Points be awarded?
 

Only one exercise activity a day will be awarded Philam Vitality Points and the activity that earns the highest points will be captured.

Please note that there is a limit of 15,000 points in each membership year for all physical activities, which include: gym, organized fitness events, and physical activities tracked with Fitness Devices or apps. Your points will be reflected online on your Philam Vitality Points Statement within 48 hours.

I participated in a marathon event recently. How do I receive Philam Vitality Points for this?
 

You can claim for points by submitting the event details such as your bib number, results and other relevant information. We will award you points based on the type and distance of the event.

I am already actively swimming/cycling/boxing/doing weight lifting at my own gym. How do I get points for the workout activities that I’m already doing?
 

Philam Vitality awards points when you exercise and track using one of our fitness partners that can integrate your workout activities done to Philam Vitality. For more information, please refer to Gym and Fitness.

I am having problems tracking my workout with my existing fitness device/fitness application. What should I do?
 

We would recommend that you contact the fitness device or fitness application’s support service directly to acquire specialist assistance. In the meantime, please note that there are many ways to track your workouts. For more details, please refer to Fitness Devices.

I am having problems uploading my workouts to Philam Vitality. What should I do?

Philam Vitality Health Check

Where can I go for the Philam Vitality Health Check?
 

You may visit Hi-Precision Diagnostics or Makati Medical Center to do the Philam Vitality Health Check. Please refer to Philam Vitality Health Check to find out if you need to make a booking before going down to your preferred outlet.

How do I earn points for the Philam Vitality Health Check (VHC)?
 

You will earn 750 Philam Vitality Points for completing each test of the health check and additional 750 points for results within the recommended healthy range. Results will be automatically uploaded and your points will be reflected online on your Philam Vitality Points Statement within 24 hours. Log on to www.philamvitality.com after your test to obtain your personal goals and see how Philam Vitality can help you improve or maintain your results.

I went for the Philam Vitality Health Check and the nurse at Hi-Precision Diagnostics or Makati Medical Center told me that my blood glucose levels are higher than the healthy range and recommended I see my doctor for further testing. Why did I still earn Philam Vitality Points for not being in the healthy range?
 

To promote convenient testing for members, Philam Vitality awards booster points for a random glucose test (a glucose test without fasting) reading of values below 7.8 mmol/L. Hi-Precision Diagnostics or Makati Medical Center recommended value is less than 5.49 mmol/L which is aligned to the ideal range for a fasting test. We recommend that you see a doctor as soon as possible. The results of your Philam Vitality Health Check are not a substitute for medical advice and must not be used for diagnosing or treating a health problem or to replace your doctor or healthcare professional.

There are no Hi-Precision Diagnostics or Makati Medical Center clinics near where I live. Where else can I go for the Philam Vitality Health Check?
 

If you cannot access Hi-Precision Diagnostics or Makati Medical Center nearby, you can go to your preferred doctor and request a health check consisting of weight, blood pressure, random blood glucose and total cholesterol assessments. To claim Philam Vitality Points, you will need to submit proof of your results online.

Will my health results from the Philam Vitality Health Check/advanced screening affect my underwriting of any insurance plan?
 

Any health or medical-related personal information you provide as part of your Philam Vitality membership will not be provided to the underwriting or claims departments of Philam Life or BPI-Philam and therefore will not be used in the making of any future underwriting or claims decisions.

In accordance with your duty of disclosure, you are still obliged to disclose any of this information to the extent it may be relevant in the event of any future application for insurance cover, changes to existing insurance cover or claims under an insurance policy with Philam Life or BPI-Philam.

Screening and Prevention

I recently completed a health screen/vaccination/dental assessment. Can I use the results to earn Philam Vitality Points?
 

Yes, you can earn Philam Vitality Points for specified advanced screenings, vaccinations and your dental assessment as long as it was done after you joined Philam Vitality.

Philam Vitality Health Review, Goals and Clinical Guidelines

How is my Philam Vitality Age calculated?
 

Your Philam Vitality Age estimates the effect of your lifestyle on your life expectancy. It is calculated using your responses to the Philam Vitality Health Review, your results from the Philam Vitality Health Check, and any other data provided from a verified source, for example the Philam Vitality Nutrition Assessment with a nutritionist/dietician or a Philam Vitality Fitness Assessment. Your Philam Vitality Age may be higher or lower than your actual age, depending on whether your lifestyle is having a positive or negative effect on your overall health.

I entered my BMI during the Philam Vitality Health Review (VHR). Why do I not earn Philam Vitality Points for my healthy-range BMI?
 

You will be awarded 1,000 Philam Vitality Points for completing the VHR but not for the self-reported values that you input during the VHR.

Philam Vitality Points for healthy-range BMI results are awarded based on verified data, not from self-reported values. Verified data is data submitted through a Philam Vitality Fitness Assessment, Philam Vitality Health Check, or proof of results from a screen at your preferred healthcare provider, which you have uploaded through Philam Vitality Points Submission.

I am pregnant. Can I still complete my Philam Vitality Health Review (VHR) or Philam Vitality Health Check (VHC)?
 

If you are pregnant, you can still complete the VHR and VHC to earn Philam Vitality Points. However, certain parts of the programme will not apply to you. For example, you will not receive a goal to reduce your weight while you are pregnant. Also, your Philam Vitality Age may not be accurate as the underlying calculations do not take pregnancy into account.

How are my recommended goals determined?
 

Recommended goals are based on your health risks, which are determined by your responses to the Philam Vitality Health Review (VHR) and your results from your Philam Vitality Health Check (VHC). The VHR will need to be completed before any goals are recommended. You are given the option to accept the goal after you have completed the VHR.

How many Philam Vitality Points can I earn in a year from achieving my personal health goals?
 

The number of Philam Vitality Points each member can earn from achieving personal health goals is dependent on each individual’s risk profile. If you have a higher health risk, you may be able to earn more points from achieving your personal health goals.

Why are the goals recommended to me fewer or more than those recommended to another member?
 

Philam Vitality recommends goals based on whether your measures are considered to be at risk for your demographic group. The goals that are recommended to you are based on your most significant risks. We may recommend fewer goals if you are not at risk in more than one area; or more goals if you are at risk in more than one area.

I indicated that I wanted to improve my weight. Why was I not given a goal to achieve this?
 

Your goal recommendations are based on whether your measures are considered to be at risk for your demographic group. So, if your weight is considered to be a risk to your health, Philam Vitality will recommend a goal for you to lose or gain weight. Ask your doctor for guidance on your ideal weight if you have any concerns.

Can I create my own goals?
 

No, as goals are assigned to you by Philam Vitality based on your health risk profile, which is derived from the answers to your Philam Vitality Health Review questions, and other verifiable sources.

How are my goals tracked?
 

Goals are tracked using verified results which you submit to us directly, or which our partners submit to us on your behalf and with your consent. Examples include the Philam Vitality Health Check results, and workout data submitted through partner fitness devices.

I have accepted the goal to lose weight. How will this be verified?
 

Weight results must be submitted through the Philam Vitality Health Check, Philam Vitality Fitness Assessment, or Philam Vitality Nutrition Assessment with a nutritionist/dietician. Only weight measurements from a verified source will count toward achieving a goal.

What happens after my goal expires and I have not achieved it? Would I be able to set the same goal again?
 

Unless there has been a change to your health profile since the goal was initially recommended, you should be able to select the goal again if you did not achieve it by the expiration date.

What is Philam Vitality Active?
 

Philam Vitality Active is a simplified app-based version of the Philam Vitality programme. It’s a supplementary benefit to the full programme that gives you instant rewards when you achieve your weekly personalized target.

Is there any cost in using Philam Vitality Active that I should know of?
 

Downloading and using the Philam Vitality Active mobile application is completely free of charge.

Apart from Philam Vitality Active, does Philam Life or BPI-Philam offer other wellness programs?

Can Philam Vitality members use the Philam Vitality Active app?
 

Anyone can download and use the Philam Vitality Active app. Philam Vitality members do not need to sign up anymore or even enter a promo code. If you are an existing Philam Vitality member, all you have to do is use your Philam Vitality membership login credentials when you log in to the app.

Moreover, points earned from other fitness activities in the full Philam Vitality programme (organized fitness events and gym visits) will be automatically credited to your Philam Vitality Active account. That’s an easy way to earn points to complete your weekly target!

How do I get started with Philam Vitality Active?
 

Complete these steps to start with your Philam Vitality Active journey:

  1. Download the app from Apple App Store Philippines or Google Play Store.
  2. For Philam Vitality members, please log in with your existing username and password.
  3. For non-Philam Vitality members, sign up as a new user.
  4. Complete the Vitality Health Review to get your Vitality Age.
  5. Make sure you have a working fitness app or device that is compatible with Philam Vitality Active. Link your fitness app or device with the Philam Vitality Active app.

Note: If you have previously linked your full Philam Vitality programme with a fitness device then your Philam Vitality Active app will be automatically linked to that fitness device.

Start tracking your exercise with your fitness app or device. Simply meet your weekly dynamic target to enjoy an instant reward.

What is a Vitality Age?
 

Vitality Age is our proprietary algorithm for measuring the impact that lifestyle choices have on your health. Your Vitality Age may be higher or lower than your actual age, depending on whether your lifestyle is having a positive or negative effect on your overall health and wellbeing.

How can I find out my Vitality Age? How do I update/retake my Vitality Age?
 

You can update or retake the Vitality Age at any time by following these steps:

  • Access “More” page
  • Select the “My Vitality Age” menu
  • Click “Get Your Vitality Age Again” button
  • Access the Vitality Health Review designed to help you understand the effect of your lifestyle on your health. Your answers to these questions will help us determine your Vitality Age.
What if I do not get my Vitality Age?
 

Getting your Vitality Age is optional. However, you will not qualify for a reward if you do not complete the Vitality Health Review to compute for your Vitality Age.

How do I set up/ link my fitness app or fitness device with Philam Vitality Active?
 

A fitness app or device is required in order to use Philam Vitality Active. The fitness app or device is the main and acceptable source of fitness data needed to award points for completion of weekly targets.

You can use any of the following fitness apps or devices to track your activity:

  • Apple Health
  • Fitbit
  • Garmin
  • Misfit
  • Polar
  • Runkeeper
  • Samsung S Health
  • Strava

You can link more than one fitness app or device to track your activity. To link your fitness app or device, click on the lower right icon found in your Philam Vitality Active app and select “LINK DEVICE OR APP.”

How do I sync my app or device with Philam Vitality Active?
 

Please follow the instructions of your fitness app or individual fitness device to complete the syncing process. Some fitness apps or devices sync data automatically while others will require manual syncing.

How is my weekly Target Points determined?
 

With the weekly dynamic target feature, Target Points may change based on your current activity levels. Your Target Points will be pro-rated in the first week based on your joining date and time.

Why do my Target Points vary per week?
 

Philam Vitality Active encourages you to improve your physical health through regular fitness activities.

You will be assigned a weekly, personalised target based on your historical activity levels to motivate you to reach your fitness goals. You'll enjoy an instant reward each week when you achieve your Target Points.

What is the time period of my weekly target?
 

Your first week target will end on Sunday at 11:59PM. Week 1 may actually be less than 7 days depending on the date and time you joined and signed up for Philam Vitality Active. After the first week, your weekly target will run from 12:00MN of Monday until 11:59PM of Sunday.

What happens when I reach my weekly target?
 

When you reach your weekly dynamic target, the challenge “wheel” will be completely filled out. You can see your historical achievements in the Activity Log section. If your membership status qualifies you for a reward, the Choose Your Rewards section will be activated and you can already pick one from our suite of rewards.

What happens if I fail to reach my weekly target?
 

If you fail to reach your weekly target by 11:59PM of Sunday, the Philam Vitality system will re-compute your fitness target for the following week based on your historical activity levels.

How do I earn points to achieve my Target Points?
 

There are many ways to achieve your weekly Target Points.

  • You can simply walk or run every day and earn points from the steps.
  • You can also earn points from exercising or through your favourite sports which allow you to perform certain activity types that are points-earning.

You just have to make sure that the fitness activity is captured using a fitness app or device, with the activities meeting the completion criteria to get points.

What are the corresponding points per type of activity?
 

You can earn a maximum of 100 points a day by completing the following fitness activities. Make sure you are wearing your fitness tracking device or carrying your phone with a fitness app to ensure these points are credited.

For Partner Gym visits, ensure that your workout attendance is captured by presenting your Partner Gym membership card at the front desk every visit. The front desk staff will encode this in their system to capture your gym visit attendance. You may also opt to use the biometrics facility to capture your gym attendance. Please remember to register your biometrics profile at every Partner Gym branch that you will visit for your points to be credited.

What is my maximum heart rate?
 

You can calculate your maximum heart rate by:

220 - <your real age> * 60% or 70%.

For example, if you are 30 years old and you wanted to calculate 70% of your maximum heart rate, the result would be:

(220 – 30) * 70% = 133.

Why have I not received my points for my activity?
 

There may be some delays when points are credited and reflected on the “wheel” for a particular activity. Please ensure you have linked your app or device with Philam Vitality Active and have synced recently. We don’t award points for an activity that is manually recorded.

When are points credited?
 

Points are credited once Philam Vitality receives the data from your tracking app or device. Depending on the app, device, and time of sync, there may be some delays. Remember to sync your device at the end of each week (before 11:59PM of Sunday) to make sure you receive credit for your physical activity.

If you have not received any points after 24 hours of syncing your tracking app or device, you may contact Philam Vitality via ask@philamvitality.com. Kindly provide full details as well as screenshots.

What is the period of my Weekly Challenge?
 

Each weekly challenge starts from Monday 00:00 to the following Sunday 23:59. You can always refer to “Time Left This Week”.

How do I earn weekly rewards?
 

You need to get active! Once you determine your Vitality Age and weekly dynamic target, you can track your exercise with your fitness app or device and earn points.

You will earn your instant reward when you meet your weekly Target Points.

How do I choose a reward?
 

Under the “Rewards” icon, tap “Choose Your Rewards” and select from among the available rewards choices. If this section is not yet activated, it simply means that you are not yet qualified for a reward.

I’ve completed my weekly target, why have I not received a reward?
 

Apart from meeting your weekly dynamic target:

  1. If you are a Philam Vitality member, you must log in using your ePlan credentials.
  2. You must have completed the Philam Vitality Health Review and determined your Vitality Age.

If you are a non-Philam Vitality member, you can only earn badges.

Where are my chosen rewards? How do I use my reward?
 

Once you have selected a reward, this will be transferred to the “Rewards Wallet” section. Under the “Rewards” icon, tap “Rewards Wallet” to see any chosen rewards that you have not redeemed yet.

When you are ready to use your reward voucher, tap the “Ready to Use Now” button under the voucher. Please do not select this until you are ready to use the voucher.

After selecting “Ready to Use Now,” present the voucher with corresponding bar code/promo code to the selected partner.

When is the deadline for choosing and using a reward?
 

Once you have qualified for a reward, you have two weeks to choose and use it. If you do not use your reward within two weeks of achieving your weekly target, it will automatically be removed from your Rewards Wallet.

Can I give my reward to a family member or friend?
 

You can enjoy the reward yourself or with a family member or friend. However, the reward can only be redeemed by selecting it from your Rewards Wallet and presenting the voucher from your app. This means that your family member or friend will need to have your device with the app to use the reward. The reward promo code is for one-time use only.

How is my Philam Vitality data used?
 

Your Philam Vitality data is used for purposes of the Philam Vitality programme and to help you manage your wellness. It is not used for purposes of insurance underwriting. By participating in Philam Vitality, you give permission for Philam Life and BPI-Philam to use your data and contact information for marketing purposes.
